Don't forget that the blood drive will be held Friday May 8th from 2-7 in the gym.
To donate you must be over 16, or 16 with a parent's permission. Walk ins are welcome!
If you are planning on donating, be sure to drink plenty of water and eat throughout the day. Try having some spinach, red meat or raisins to boost your iron before donating.
